We are currently booked 2 to 4 weeks out for furniture pickups.

Briefly describe the items you want to donate. Look at the bottom of the page for a list of items we do and don't accept.

Do you need a pickup?

We are only able to pick up donations that include at least one of our "essential items." Please check which essential item(s) you will be donating. If you don't have an essential item, we welcome you to drop off your donation at our warehouse during our open hours.

Essential item(s)

For Goodness Sake only picks up from the towns listed in the box above. Minimum donation pickup fee is noted next to the town's name. Additional fees may apply for larger pickups of more than six furniture pieces. If your town isn't listed, you may drop off acceptable items at our warehouse during our open hours for no charge.

For the safety of our driver during COVID-19, we will not enter your home to pick up your donation. Where will the items be located? (driveway, curbside, open garage, on the porch, etc.)

Which day/times will work for you? Note that pickups and drop offs only are possible during these hours. Do NOT leave items at the warehouse if there is no one there to receive them.

Are all items gently used, free from stains, rips, and tears, and there are no missing or broken parts?
Are all items from a pet-free / smoke-free home?
I understand there is a minimum donation requested, cash or check, payable when the items are picked up (no charge for items dropped off at the warehouse)
I understand For Goodness Sake has the right to refuse any item.

I understand that For Goodness Sake WILL refuse items that are dirty, moldy, need to be disassembled, broken or torn, or items that are missing parts.

Our clients need modest-sized practical pieces--picture what you would need if you were starting out fresh.

All donated items should be new or gently used. Please respect the dignity of our clients and donate only items that you would be comfortable giving to a friend or family member.

Our volunteers reserve the right to decline offered items at their discretion.
